Parking: The hike to this waterfall is along an old logging road and the easiest place to park is on the side of Ewart Wilson Rd close to this spot: 35.80709, -82.31354.
The hike: From where you parked, walk toward the creek to where an overgrown road heads into the woops. Follow the road as it angles toward and eventually crosses the creek to river left. It will stay on river left for nearly the rest of the hike. About 0.6 from the start, the old road will veer off to the right, but by then you can see the falls off to left. It gets steeper when you get close to the falls, but the woods are fairly open, making it easy to see and get to where you want to go. The hike will take maybe 15-20 minutes each way.
