Where to park: Parking is on the side of Green River Cove Road at 35.28187, -82.2989. There is a wide pullout right where the creek with the waterfalls on it meets the road.
The hike: This hike description is going to be extremely vague, but there is no trail to speak of and nothing in the way of old roads that helped very much. Here’s what I can tell you about the hike. We went into the woods on river left, heading up the grade while staying close to the creek. The first 0.25 wasn’t very hard, but around the quarter mile point, we had to get away from the creek by going higher up the bank on river left. We got to Sandy Bottom Falls at the half mile mark, coming to it from river left and remaining on that side as he moved upstream to the next of the three waterfalls, Right Angle Falls. There two were pretty close together, and just after Right Angle Falls, the hike got steep. Staying near the creek wasn’t hard and the woods were very open, making it easy to see the cliff and the waterfall we were after.
Like I said, it’s a very simplified set of directions, but there was nothing to use as a reference to make it any more detailed. I can tell you that on the way out, we stayed higher up on river right, not getting back to the creek until we got to the point where we had climbed the bank on the left on the way in.
