Upper Wintergreen Falls is my favorite of the falls on the Toxaway with it’s three (or four) distinct drops and the natural water-slide at the base. The three main drops add up to about 65 feet total but the parts alone are more than the sum. Located between the end of the narrows and Wintergreen Falls, Upper Wintergreen is worth exploring and riding the chute is something you will not experience anywhere else. The uppermost drop is further away from the three main drops making it easy to justify as a separate waterfall. I’m including it as part of Upper Wintergreen.
