You can see Big Creek Falls from the road, but the view is much better if you follow the short trail down to the base. More than likley you drove a long way to check this one out so you might as well enjoy it. The waterfall is great, and the plunge pool is deep. I would never advise anyone to jump into the plunge pool at a waterfall, but the huge rock in front of the falls makes the perfect launch point. I made the jump twice. The waterfall isn’t hugem but the seting is great, even if it’s on the side of the road. Use the waterfall GPS to get you to the spot. You can park upstream or downstream of the access path.
