Turtle Falls is a nice twenty-foot high drop on an unnamed tributary of the Green River. It is the first waterfall you come to when hiking to Rainy Falls, which is further upstream. While there is no official trail to these falls, the hike is mostly on overgrown roads that are easy enough to follow. The full hike is explained here: Rainy Falls.
