Woodfin Cascades is a three season waterfall. You can see it in Fall, Winter, and Spring. In summer, not a chance. The only view is a long range view across the valley from the Mt Lyn Lowry Overlook at MP445.1. The GPS is 35.44212, -83.09677. Don’t be fooled by going to the Woodfin Cascades Overlook that has no view of the cascades.
