When it comes to roadside waterfalls, Trillium Falls is one of the nicer ones. It’s not really close to anything except West Prong HIckey Creek, so you can do them the same day. You can toss in Whiteoak Flats Falls and make a day of it. Use the GPS coords for the falls to get you here. If you have kids in the car, expect to hear them asking “are we there yet?” This one is in the middle of nowhere.
