Chalk up one more in the discovery column. While suffering through the hike to Bartram Falls, we spotted some falling water high above on an unnamed tributary of Ledbetter Creek. It called for further investigation and upon completing a bushwhack and rock pile climb, we were left at the base of a 75 foot high waterfall dropping down the mountain. The only descent place to capture a photo was about 25 feet above the base where the top section roared down. The upper 50 foot drop was moving pretty fast. Even despite the downfall, the view from my perch was mostly open. Until told otherwise, this one is going by Hole in the Rock Falls.

For the specifics of the hike, please see Bartram Falls
