From the Nantahala Outdoor Center take Silvermine Road which in directly across the street. At 1.2 miles you will come to where a gate is across a road on the right. The area is signed no camping. Directly beyond the gated area Grassy Branch tumbles down the mountainside into Silvermine Branch. I happened to visit after a foot of rain so the falls looked good. Even so it was hard to photograph since you can’t get close to it since the area is signed and there is a house directly across the street..
