From the Nantahala Outdoor Center take Silvermine Road which in directly across the street. At 0.6 miles you will come around a left hald bend and pass over Silvermine Branch on a small bridge. There is a sawmill on the left and the waterfall is behind it up on the hill. I was there after a flood in the winter and it looked good. Even so it was hard to photograph since you can’t get close to it.
