The waterfall on East Fork of French Broad River is a 12 foot high river-wide drop that is right next to East Fork Road. The area is private property and signed as such but is also says the landowner does allow access for fishing.  It is a nice waterfall and on my visit the water was rushing nice and a thick overcast, making it a great time for a photo. A narrow path leads down to the side of the river downstream of the falls with a nice view available only a few feet into the river. Please be respectful if you stop at this falls and be sure to bring your fishing pole.
