The Waterfall on Williamson Creek is a small roadside waterfall in the Brevard area just outside of downtown. While not something you’re going to drive hours to see, if you are in the area you can swing by this one and Glencannon Falls that is a few miles away to add a couple of easy ones to the list.

To reach the Waterfall on Williamson Creek starting at the US64/NC280/US276 intersection by Pisgah Forest, head West on US64 toward downtown Brevard. When you enter town US64 climbs the hill toward a meeting with Main Street where US64 and US276 split. Make a left onto US276 and follow it for 2 miles before making a left onto Wilson Road. Williamson Creek Road will be on the right about 1.2 miles from the turn off of US276. Make a right onto Williamson Creek Road. The roadside waterfall is less than a mile up Williamson Creek Road just past a section of road where a new bridge was put in.

There is a large pullout on the right that looks down onto the falls. You can climb down the rocks for a closer look but the vie from above is just fine.
