Hike Directions: You’re going to have to hike the Upper Whitewater River downstream from the upper access off Heady Mountain Road. This is the first waterfall downstream from Exit Falls but to get to Exit Falls you have to come here first! Bedrock Betty Falls is at the end of an easy to follow trail and across from the splash pool is a large open stone area great for lying back and taking a break. Just downstream of the falls there is a small cascade that Amanda and Lianne used as a water slide. To get to Exit Falls you can go back into the woods and take the trail or you can scale the log and walk the riverbed up for a ways and then pick up the trail.
