To get to Indian Creek Falls from Tom Branch Falls, continue upstream for another 0.5 of a mile until the Deep Creek trail Intersects the Indian Creek Trail. Make the right onto Indian Creek trail and follow it up hill for a short distance. A smaller side trail will be on the left before you’ve gone more than 0.1 of a mile. This sloping trail will lead you down to the base of Indian Creek falls.
Of the three stops along this hike, Indian Creek is my favorite. The hike is still kid friendly and even the scramble isn’t difficult. You can get a good shot of the falls from the right bank of the creek or even from the rocks in the middle of the creek.
To get back to your car, take the Indian Creek Trail to the Deep Creek Trail and make a left. The parking lot is about 0.9 of a mile away, all of which will be on the Deep Creek Trail, bypassing the loop to Juney Whank Falls.
