Hike Directions: You’re going to have to hike Bonas Defeat to get to it and you will have to get past Grandmas Kitchen Falls as well. I headed up the sloping face of Grandmas Kitchen Falls and hopped the creek at the top. It looked to be the easiest way and it kept me out of the woods. In addition, although Grandmas Pantry Falls is the next waterfall heading up the river, you will have to pass directly in front of Talus Cave Falls in order to get to it. The best way down to the base of Grandmas Pantry Falls is on river right and the best route into this section of the river is on river left. Getting down to the base does require navigating a narrow, sloping ledge with a large boulder forcing you closer to the edge and the deep pothole awaiting a misstep.
